Steven Spielberg seven years ago ("Cripple Fight!"), and now
When did Kyle and Harrison Ford - er, Indiana Jones - become friends? Did the boys identify with him so intimately? Do you remember how real some movies were to you as a child, enough so that you'd wanna defend and protect your favorite characters? This is Stan and Kyle about Indy.
Interesting that Matt and Trey brought Spielberg and Lucas back from the dead for this episode. If you recall, the Ark of the Covenant destroyed them and Francis Ford Coppola at the end of "Free Hat" six years ago.
The DVD for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull hit stores the day before this episode aired. Matt and Trey surely got this episode out to dissuade anyone from buying it. :D
"The Chinese outnumber us a million to one." - more like 6 to 1.
The three men who quickly left when Indy was getting raped on the pinball machine were the villians from Raiders of the Lost Ark - Col. Dietrich and two aides.
American Liberation Front - There are various Liberation Fronts around, but the initials ALF are those of the Animal Liberation Front.
The Chinese officer loses his hat for a moment. When he first appears, he has it on. When Cartman and Butters appear at the window, it's not on his head. When Butters shoots him in the groin, it's back on.
Jimmy's braces cast no shadow when the sunset scene is shown.
