TODAY'S HOT LUNCH

Mr. Big Record Producer sounds like Ned.
Capitalist Records = Capitol Records, on Vine St. and Yucca Ave., Hollywood, CA.
All the doctors' name tags are blank, even Dr. Doctor's. But his tag has lettering again when Garrison is arrested.
The video which has Alanis Morissette singing "Stinky Britches" in a car is based on the "Ironic" video from Jagged Little Pill
In both trials, why did Johnny Cochran use any kind of defense (and in the first one, say "the defense rests") when he is the prosecuting attorney? And how did jurors from the first trial end up as jurors in the second one?
The jury foreman in the first trial is on the operating table in Hell's Pass Hospital when Mr. Garrison enters carrying Mr. Twig. Must've had a heart attack from all that testimony.
Um, in a news report, drawings of a trial are used when the trial itself is not televised. If the trial is televised, stills of the trial, if not actual clips, are used. But you get to see how the storyboards are drawn up, and you get to see Johnny Cochran dressed as a buffoon, a clown.
Cartman is of German ancestry. Last year, he dressed as Hitler. Here, he wears lederhosen, sings a German song, and asks about a picture of Chef and a goat in Germany. He seems to be the treasurer of the group, even if he does suck at math, as he held the boys' funds for both the carnival and Chef Aid.
Is Mr. Garrison a Leonardo Di Caprio fan? A poster of Di Caprio hangs over the bed. Also, you'd have thought Mr. Garrison would be rid of Mr. Hat and any pictures of him, but no. There's one still hanging around.
Even Chef's coatrack has naked ladies for hooks.
In Chef's bookcase are videos from "Sanford & Son," a mid-1970's show about a shop owner and his son.
Are you Elton John? - Kyle doesn't remember what Elton John looks like. Nor do the others. But they saw his picture in Chef's book, and they saw him when Chef sang "Love Gravy" the year before.
Stan is now comfortable mentioning Wendy as his girlfriend.
Wow! Chef slept with Sheila with Gerald's permission.
Mr. Hat has returned! And with him, plenty of homoerotic subtext. The way Mr. Twig was boiled in a pot comes from the bunny in a boiling pot in Fatal Attraction.
It's over, children. I couldn't raise the $2 million to hire Johnny Cochran, and now I have to go to jail. - that's not why he was arrested. He was arrested for not raising the $2 million to pay the record producer. But he did lose Cochran's services. The slight beating Chef received is a small reminder of the Rodney King beating, of any police beating.

And what happened then? Well, in South Park they say… - paraphrase from The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.
| Rancid | Rick James |

| Members (1998) are: Matt Freeman (bass), Tim Armstrong (lefty guitar), Brett Reed (drums), and Lars Frederiksen (righty guitar) | Funk singer. His hits include "Superfreak" |

| Provided the South Park Theme Song. Members are: Larry "Ler" LaLonde (guitars), Brian "Brain" Mantia (drums), and Les Claypool (bass, vocals) | He and Ozzy Osbourne had studio musicians in their sets. |
| Ozzy Osbourne | Elton John |
| Hard Rocker famous for biting the heads off chickens and other fowl. | The original lyrics to "Wake Up, Wendy" were too racy for South Park's crew, so they asked him to tone the lyrics down. Elton was surprised at the request. |
| Ween | |
| The name comes from the combination of "wuss" and "penis" (some wusses fixate on their penises). The members of the group are Dean (Mickey Melchiondo, wavy hair) and Gene (Aaron Freeman, curly red hair), both born in 1971. They got together when they were 14 and dropped out of college to pursue their music career. The country album Ween made is 12 Golden Country Greats, in 1996. Listen to their music and you'll see why it's just right for South Park. | |
