With five seats empty and Kenny and Kyle coming in late, there are 123 Scouts present. A Japanese Jew shows up and there are 124. The Japanese inductee is quickly rid of, and there are 123 again.

Elder Garth uses the same words in trapping Moses that Celine Dion used in singing the Iraqi national anthem in "Not Without My Anus." Sometimes I get the feeling that certain phrases are brought back so us scribes can finally get them right and makes changes retroactively.
Garth got more out of the shell than Ursula did. In The Little Mermaid the sea witch Ursula got only Ariel's voice. Here, Garth got Moses entirely.
It can now be said: meteor showers appear in "Car Orgy" and in this episode, but not in "Experimentation." The shower must have happened without anyone noticing, not even the ATF, in that episode.
Before the party - The Marshes drive Shelley to Cartman's house and drop her off so she can babysit Cartman, then head for the meteor shower party with Stan. The Broflovskis take Kyle, Ike, and Kenny to Jew Scouts for Jewbilee, then join the Marshes at the party. Liane prepares Shelley for her night of babysitting, then goes to the party.
Cartman's phone call - Cartman calls his mom to alert her that Shelley has her boyfriend and his band over, which is something Liane told Shelley not to have. While Liane is on the line, the ATF is checking out the scene, and one of the things they see is Liane on the phone. They then call for backup, which is when Barbrady makes his appearance. One can safely assume that the Jew Scouts and the Squirts are working on their projects at this time.
The meteor shower - Shelley and Skyler want to go outside to see the meteor shower, but Cartman begs to go with them. They let him join them. Outside he announces the time as 10:45 p.m., and the meteor shower soon arrives. At that same time, Haman makes his appearance at Jewbilee. Kenny, banished from Jewbilee for being impure, sees this and decides to get some help. As Kenny walks by the side of the road, a red car speeds by, then Officer Barbrady and the ATF. Several minutes before, the ATF had set off the Negotiator and it destroyed four houses behind Mr. Mackey's property. Thus, the meteor shower began some minutes after Barbrady and the ATF left the Mackey house in a big hurry. Kenny finds the Squirts in a bear cave and brings them back to free the Scouts. Kenny finds the conch shell and does all he could to break it to free Moses before finally cracking it open with a fatal headbutt.
After the meteor shower - The Broflovskis must have left the party sometime after Derek Smalls left the scene, but Stan, who is outside, didn't notice. They bring Kyle and Ike back to the party. Kyle and Ike find Stan, Pip, Butters, and Dougie still standing outside. Kyle and Stan have rather weird stories to tell each other, so they go with Ike into the party to catch up. Eventually, the party breaks up and Liane goes home. She passes out on the sofa, and the Marshes come by later to take Shelley home.
