The walls in Cartman's room are yellow in this episode.
King Jimmy's Buffet returns as Mel's Buffet.
Tony has a softened version of the homeless guy's voice. But why did Tony ask if Cartman was Eric and not BigBoned?
CIA Agents Donnelly and Bill Sphinx, from "Starvin Marvin in Space," return to arrest Tony.
Squirrels and chipmunks are both members of the Sciuridae family of rodents, so Mephesto may be right about the spliced chipmunk-provolone cheese enabling squirrels and cheese to be found in one place.

Tony316 must've appeared after the camera faces Cartman. Notice Tony's name can be rephrased "Tony 3:16." 3:16 is from "John 3:16," the famouse New Testament verse that begins, "For God so loved the world that He sent His Only Begotten Son…" Stone Cold Steve Austin has shirts made that say "Austin 3:16." So, Tony has his own gospel.

Some words about chatrooms
All of those windows above are called messages, queries, notices, or PMs. PMs are private messages you can send to each other in the chat room, and only you and the sender can see them. The chat room then becomes the main room, with the private messages becoming side rooms. Had Cartman really gone to the chatroom he said he went to, the messages would all be in one room, and they would look something like this:

When Kenny goes after his mom with the plunger, she's wearing the "I'm With Stupid" shirt. When she turns to flee, she's wearing the "God Bless America" shirt.
Again, Cartman meets with a person not shown on the computer screen.
A few bottles of Ritalin are shown directly behind the pharmacist's head.
The Photo-Dojo returns. So does the South Park Funland amusement park, as North Park Funland. The music used in the toy commercials in "Chinpoko Mon" is used for the North Park commercial here.
Palmoral Sun Block has made a commercial of the plug Robert Pooner made for it while covering the hostage crisis at Gramdma Cartman's house in "Marry Christmas, Charlie Manson." Listen for it just before the Funland commercial starts.
In "Chicken Pox" Mr. McCormick mentions that they have a black-and-white television, but here Kenny is looking at a color television. They must've gotten it for Christmas last year.
The McCormicks are not so poor that they can't enjoy a day at the amusement park, though at today's prices, Mr. McCormick would need at least $150 (including meals) to pay for the three of them. Which reminds me: where's Kevin?
The sound effects when Kenny and his family are at the theme park are taken from the game "Rollercoaster Tycoon."
While the McCormicks are on the John Denver Experience, there is nothing written on either Stuart's cap or Mrs. McCormick's shirt. And Kenny's hood looks a bit funny.
The inn scene on the second floor with the various characters playing musical rooms is reminiscent of such scenes dating back to the Beatles and the Monkees, and going through Scooby-Do and Josie and the Pussycats.
The music in the scene is from a poem, "Page d'Écriture" or "Writing Sheet" written by Jacques Prévert. To the left is the complete poem, with parts used in the scene in sky blue, and to the right my translation.

Timmy's vocabulary is not limited to his name. He's said "livin' a lie" and "and the Lords of the Underworld" in "Timmy 2000," and he says "Aaaah!" and "Yeah" in this episode.
Trey and Matt don't believe that NAMBLA can use the argument homosexuals do: most of them are born that way.
Two things that have appeared separately in previous episodes come together here: Stuart is hauled off in a SOUTH PARK HOSPITAL ambulance, but is taken to Hell's Pass Hospital.
Stuart forgets to mention how he got the broken nose when he tells his wife everything else.
