The cashier's name is Jason, and his last name is given as Bell, so Jason Bell.
There's no address at the Dreible house.
Red Dragon reference in the dialog between Officer Barbrady and Josh.
The possibility of a show without Kyle suggests itself when Butters shows up as Cartman says Kyle will sing like a canary ... and before Cartman says they'll have to kill Kyle.
Silence of the Lambs reference in the scene in which Josh escapes from his dolly with toilet paper (Lecter escapes using Dr. Chilton's pen), and in which Josh phones from a park and then walks off, away from the camera at the end of the ep (Lecter walks down a street away from the camera at the end of the film).
The Godfather II reference in the little boat rides Cartman gives to Kyle, then to his three friends, in the hopes of whacking them off with a wiffle ball bat, and in the music played during those scenes (Al Neri shoots Fredo in the boat while they fish on a lake). As for the wilffle ball bat... Joe Pesci and Robert de Niro have made movies in which they do away with their adversaries by means of baseball bats. In The Untouchables de Niro portrays Al Capone, who routinely whacked his victims with a bat to relieve stress, and in Goodfellas Pesci whacks a guy mercilessly until the guy dies.
The TP'ing scene could be a substitute of any scene in a movie where operatic music plays behind a violent montage or moment, but one line stands out: "We didn't say nothin' about no kids, man!" That line is said to be from Scarface, but it's not exactly what Tony Montana says. Tony says "What you think I am, huh? What you think, I a fuckin' worm, like you? I told you, man! I told you, don't fuck with me! I told you, no fuckin' kids! No, but you wouldn't listen! Well, you stupid fuck! Look at you now." Check it!
When Kyle gets the nightmares again, he gets the scene in which Nancy Kerrigan is treated by medics after being attacked by Tonya Harding's boyfriend at the 1994 US Nationals in Detroit.
Butters is the third boy to have a girlfriend. Stan has Wendy (though they don't interact much anymore), Kenny has Kelly (though she might have heard of his death and moved on), and Butters has Carrie (who lives in Michigan, so they don't see each other much). Kyle had brief flings with Bebe and Rebecca, but neither of them could be said to be his girlfriend. And Cartman had Wendy for a while, but that was just to make Stan jealous.
The park across from the White House is Lafayette Park.
