The OC Convention Center shown is actually the LA Convention Center. Staples Center, which isn't shown, is off to the right.
"Let's see you daaance, sucka! You got nothin' on me!" spoofs Splack Pack's "Just Shake That Ass, Bitch!", which has the chorus "Just shake that aaass, bitch, and let me see what you got!"
The Bounce is for The Big Bounce, the street-dancing finals competition shown in You Got Served.
When the tall Goth dances, it's just a slower version of the dance one of the Peanuts characters does in A Charlie Brown Christmas.
What are the Goths listening to? To me, it sound a bit like Johnny Hates Jazz's "Shattered Dreams," but sped up. Others say it sounds like The Cure or Joy Division.
Flynn's Sinistarcade (Sinister Arcade, lol) - Flynn's is the arcade owned by Jeff Bridges' character in Tron. Sinistar is an arcade game from around 1982 - 1984 which is not unlike Asteroids, but more challenging and with better graphics.
Games seen at the Sinistarcade: Smack Man, Fist Fighter, Space Brain Damage, Dancin' Dancin' Dancin' Machine, and Thirst For Blood (which Stan and friend played at home in "Towelie"). The back of Yao's shirt says "Game Over" and a Missile Command robot graces the front.
You can see one of the six graders the boys are quite familiar with playing on a game nearby.
It's really good to see Stan interact with other kids like the Goths, the Raisins girl, and that Asian kid. Now we need to see Kyle, Cartman, and Butters do the same thing.
"We heard you were tap dancing state champion two years ago." - Stan should have said Mercedes told them this, since she was standing right there.
Butters' eye has healed up nicely, no? :)
This appears behind Butters as he dances in the finals: "The National Tap Dancing Championship" It wasn't there when Beverly Long was dancing there just moments earlier. It disappears when he begins to dance again when the rafters start coming down.
People have commented that the song Butters dances to reminds them of the song Steve Martin sang in The Jerk, so I include that here:

Oh, I’m picking out a thermos for you Not an ordinary thermos for you But the extra best thermos you can buy With vinyl and stripes and a cup built right in I’m picking out a thermos for you And maybe a barometer too And what else can I buy So on me you’ll rely A rear end thermometer too |
On the rancher's hat: Farm Aid
The posters at Lamont's Dance Studio: Vive Ballet (A Chorus Line), Felines (Cats), and Le Cirque Soleil (Cirque du Soleil). "Well, it was nine, actually. One of the women was pregnant." - a nod to the new federal legislation making it a separate crime to kill the fetus of a federal employee in the commission of a federal crime. The legislation gives an infant rights that Roe v. Wade had taken away and recognizes that an infant is a separate entity from the mother, and thus, a separate life.
Butters loses his left shoe near the end of the episode, but when he's carried off, it's his right shoe that's missing.
On the episode that aired on Wednesday the OC crew leader wore a hat that said "Lil Shiit." On the reruns his hat said "Lil Sheep."
When the goths were smoking, you could here the burning sizzle noise while they took their drags.
In the first scene of the goths, the awesome music stopped before the red-headed kid said, "Yeah, we just got goth served," which is different than the first time it aired.
