The Cast, and related family

George BushLaura Bush
George and Laura Bush

George is the President of the United States, but he doesn't seem to fit the bill as President. He's rather clueless and forgetful at times. Laura's his long-time wife and best friend, but even she has to remind George at times what he should be doing as a person. They sometimes talk past each other until one of them realizes why they aren't communicating well, and there's always a lesson one of them learns at the end of each episode. And George ends up wanting to punch Laura in the face. They have twin daughters who are referenced in one episode "The First Lady's Persqueeter." At the end of the show's run, they spent much of the last episode in the projects before Larry pieces together the truth and restores George to the Presidency.

Karl RoveJanet RoveDaughter
Karl Rove, Janet Rove, daughter

He's the President's right-hand man and his conscience when it comes to running the government. He's also a conservative, so there are many arguments between him and Larry. He sometimes cleans up the messes the President leaves behind and smoothes over any ill feelings other government leaders have towardes George. Janet appears in "Trapped In A Small Environment" when she learns that Karl is cheating on her with a date of Laura's choosing. She and Karl manage to work things out. The girl appears only to learn of her father's absence and cry.

MaggiePrincessLarry
Maggie, Princess, Larry

Maggie's the First Lady's best friend, apart from George, and she's been in the White House long enough to be a great judge of Presidents. She doesn't like George all that much, because he's clueless at times, and if there's one thing a President shouldn't be, it's clueless.
Princess is the hot dumb blonde who plans the President's schedule. She does her work well, but sometimes needs help understanding the more intricate parts of government. She's taken pills to enhance her memory, but finds her mammaries enhanced instead; she never makes the connection except to say her back hurts from getting so smart. She's easily fooled.
Larry's the next door neighbor who turns out to be a liberal in many ways, to counteract George's conservatism. It is this counterpoint that forces George to see the other side of an issue, helps him find a balanced solution to it (most times), and helps him learn something new after each confrontation with Larry. He helps George get his Presidency back when he pieces together some shredded documents Dick Cheney dumped on his front lawn.

The tour guide gives tours of the White House to all kinds of groups, from school kids to tourists. She usually has a comment to make on the events she comes across when she passes through the living room. She appears here and in "S.D.I. - Aye - AYE!"

The Beta Delts come to have one last night out with George. He invites them to witness an execution up close, and they take him up on it. They regret seeing the execution first-hand, because George used bleach as a killing agent. George had planned to use the Gut Busters in a play execution for his friends, with no one else around, but plans change when he sees the real victim's family in the viewers' room. Gut Busters could not get clearance in time, so the real execution was performed two huors early. The warden oversees the execution, and is explaining the process to the victim's family when the President arrives. Jenkins is hospitalized for an allergic reaction to peanuts, but he is the only one who knows what's going on. His replacement stalls Gut Busters until Karl and Princess arrive. The prisoner is a big burly man whose crime isn't revealed - it's not important for this show. Some reporters are present for the execution and pepper George with questions asking for justification.

Meanwhile, Larry has George set Dr. Kevorkian free for the night, so the doctor could have Pun'kin commit suicide. The two officers show up suspecting that assisted suicide is being performed at the White House, as they have witness reports that Jack Kevorkian was brought there. Kevorkian ends up dressing as Laura to fool the officers, but Laura finds Kevorkian dressed up as her and assumes that George was more desperate then she knew. Pun'kin eventually presses the switch and blows up.

Mom 'E' D. E. A. Arrest

BarbaraRamonStreet Reporter
Barbara Bush, Ramon, News Reporter

George Bush is approaching an important milestone in the war against drugs - the 100 millionth drug arrest. The person being arrested is Ramon, an Extacy user. He doesn't seem at all concerned that he's going to prison - he's too tweaked out on Extacy to care, so he just laughs at everything. George has him put into a rolling jail cell, then takes a few pills to calm his nerves. He immediately realizes that they were Extacy pills and he gets nervous about its effects on him. It ends up making him mellow and fanciful, and he has Ramon set up a rave at the White House. Meanwhile, Barbara and Laura argue about the arrest even as the rave goes on. Laura finally stands up to Barbara and claims her place as First Lady, dismissing Barbara from any further help on the arrest. George goes along with Laura, not really caring what goes on at this point. The field reporter simply reports on events in the White House, which includes a shot in which George sneaks up on the camera from below and gives the nation a candid shot of a tweaked President.

George steps down and Cheney become President. As George leaves, he says goodby to everyone, including a man he didn't see before. Cheney fires Maggie, but keeps Princess and Karl on as his bitches. Dick finds that he has the power, but not the popularity, and he gets frustrated - he can't bend the people to his will.
