Joe and Robert start off the film as Elders Young and White, respectively. They are missionaries out to evangelize about the Mormon faith. Their efforts are fruitless and boring until they show up at Maxxx's doorstep. Robert runs when Bilbo comes out and threatens to cut off their balls and is never seen again in the film. Joe eventually fights back and defeats both Bilbo and the guards Maxxx sends out to fight him. Maxxx is impressed and shows Joe in. Maxxx gets around to offering him a part in his new movie, and offers him some money for it. Joe declines until he hears an amount he likes, an amount that would cover his wedding to Lisa and a down payment on a starter home - $20,000. Joe then meets Ben, his sidekick in the movie. Ben explains that Joe will be Orgazmo and he will be Choda Boy. Ben has advanced degrees in the sciences, but decided to pursue porn acting because of a strong sex drive. He makes inventions in his spare time, and the invention he's working on is a working Orgazmorator. He invites Joe to have a look at it, then asks Joe if he wants to test it. The tests are successful, and Ben is elated and proud. When three goons rough up G-Fresh and force him to sign a contract transfering ownership of his sushi bar to the dance club next door, Joe and Ben determine to get the contract back. They do this as Orgazmo and Choda Boy so that the goons don't recognize them. The goons aren't fooled, though. Still, Joe and Ben get the contract and G-Fresh gets to keep his restaurant. Lisa comes to town to see Joe and find out for herself just what Joe is starring in. She's disappointed that Joe is in a porn film, Orgazmo, and leaves in a huff. She returns to talk to Joe some more, but meets some people she didn't expect. Joe finds out Lisa was kidnapped and he gets pissed off. He and Joe don their suits once again and go after Maxxx and his actors. They free Lisa from the ropes she was bound to and leave the scene with her when they hear the police sirens drawing near. All this gave Joe a sour taste for Los Angeles and he determines to return to Utah with Lisa so they could live normal Mormon lives. Ben and Joe's other new friends are sad to see him go, and this moves Lisa to tell Joe that maybe it is Heavenly Father's intention for Joe to live and work in Los Angeles after all. They stay, and all ends well.

Maxxx Orbison is the porn director who uses his own mansion as a set for his porn films. He hires Joe to play the new Orgazmo after witnessing him defeat the security guards during a trip to his mansion as a Mormon missionary. He holds out on Joe for a while before finally paying him for his time in Orgazmo, but now he wants Joe in Orgazmo 2. When Joe tells him he wants to return to Utah with Lisa, Maxxx finds a way to stop that from happening. One finds out later that Maxxx owns the dance club next to G-Fresh Sushi, and is looking to expand, which means forcing G-Fresh out of business. Joe and Ben resolve to do something about those two situations. As a result, Maxxx is doomed to play in real life the role he had his nephew A-Cup play in his film. Rogers comes into a set when a woman taking off her bra requires his ass to appear just before her tits show. He also gets to hire bit players, like the stunt cocks who stand in for Joe when penetration is called for. He also gets a role or two on set. Clark plays Jizzmaster Zero, the main villain in Maxxx's Orgazmo. He and Rogers are called upon to fight Joe when Ben and Joe come to set Lisa free of Maxxx's clutches and defeat the security guards. Dave is the crew's lighting guy and one of the still photographers. He always gets excited during steamy scenes and has to be reminded at times to stay cool. He's not above engaging in homosexual activity. A-Cup shows up to play Neutered Man, and he's certainly sure of himself. He has an evil fart which he sometimes collects in his hand and tosses at people. He turns out to be Maxxx's nephew. Saffi, Candi, and Georgi are the three regular porn actresses in Maxxx's films. Saffi helps Joe out the most. Candi gets to play Lobstra in Maxxx's Orgazmo opposite Ben. Georgi is the unfortunate blonde bimbo with enough silicone in her body to kill a small elephant. The DVDA porn actress has to perform DVDA because she's too old to do regular shots. The original Orgazmo, Zizinsky, turned out to be a wimp, not at all the badass Maxxx thought he hired. Bilbo is the chief of security at Maxxx's mansion. He fights Joe a few times, but the last time he does, Joe uses the Orgazmorator on him. Sancho is hired on simply because he is Sancho, and nothing could withstand his machismo. T-Rex is hired to play a few scenes, and her footsteps shake the entire mansion. Joe would definitely prefer to be on top in a bedroom scene between T-Rex and him. Natsuko and Haruko are hired to shoot a few scenes with Joe as the Assfuck Twins - they always get fucked in the ass.
G-Fresh, Jimmy, Tommy, Randy
G-Fresh owns his own eatery, G-Fresh Sushi Bar, and is struggling to keep it out of a dance club's hands. Jimmy, Tommy, and Randy are the three goons hired to force G-Fresh out of his restaurant so the dance club could expand. They beat him up often enough so that he finally gives in. Joe and Ben are aware of the situation and become Orgazmo and Choda Boy so they could exact revenge for G-Fresh. The goons return the contract and G-Fresh keeps his bar. Unfortunately, Ben runs into Jimmy at Maxxx's house and realizes that Jimmy works for Maxxx. If this is true, then the other two do as well, which means that the dance club is Maxxx's.
Old Lady, Ben and his father
The old lady calls Joe and Robert soul-soliciting pigfuckers and closes the door on them when they come to talk to her about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. When Ben tells Joe why he doesn't use his hamster style anymore, he thinks back to when he was a kid telling his father he wasn't going to use his hamster style anymore. Dad simply acknowledges the decision and doesn't ask why, which doesn't explain at all why Ben is so traumatized by it.
Video Store Clerk, Award Show Presenter, Interviewer
Nurse and Doctor, Jesus
The clerk wondered where the heck Lisa had been that she didn't know about Orgazmo. The presenter gives Joe an AVN award for Orgazmo. The doctor operates on Maxxx's genitals to remove his Florida orange-sized balls, rendering him neutered, and so Maxxx announces his imminent return as Neutered Man. The interviewer interviewed Maxxx about the success of his movies and about how history will remember his film Orgazmo. Jesus makes a special appearance at the end to show approval of Joe's decision to stay in Los Angeles.
